Risers, one of the challenges faced by most leaders and high achievers, understandably, is overcoming leadership perfection. In our latest Breakthrough & Rise episode up on YouTube this week, our Founder, Dr Patricia Murugami [Global Growth Catalyst and Leadership Educator] recently spoke to a senior woman leader, Julie Onunda of Stanbic Kenya, who is a current student of the ongoing Breakthrough Mastery Circle (BMC) leadership Program. Julie had a lot to share about why 'perfection in leadership can be a stumbling block and result in blind spots that negatively affect your leadership results.' 📢 Question do you struggle with perfection in leadership? Please tell us in the comments what you do to overcome it. ↪ Full YT clip: ttps://https://lnkd.in/dB3MgZYq Betty Ndunge Nzyimi Florence Maina #leadershipperfection #leadershipdevelopment #yournextbestself

Reflecting on African Leadership: Lessons from the Ground Up 🌍 Leadership in Africa is often discussed in grand terms, yet the most profound lessons come from those leading at the grassroots level. As I traverse this continent meeting extraordinary leaders, I see a common thread: resilience. African leaders face unique challenges—be it economic instability, political upheaval, or social fragmentation. Yet, they emerge stronger, weaving these adversities into their leadership fabric. How are you fostering resilience within your teams? Are we doing enough to nurture leaders who can transform challenges into opportunities? Let's continue this dialogue and share our experiences in building resilient leadership rooted in authentic African values. Together, we shape the future of our continent. #Leadership #Resilience #AfricaLeadership #Transformation
