I get so worn out listening to people pitch launch tactics that don't work, or are based on Chinese service providers or unicorn moonshot ideas. People are always bugging me to provide insights. Proof! We want proof they say. Show us graphs! I’m here to tell you - the key to a good launch is combining a fantastic product design, in a category that has the opportunity to aggregate search volume with many roots (think discoverable paths). Combine that with early adopter vine reviews in multiple marketplaces and flood the platform with external traffic. (think eyeballs on your product). -zero ppc after day 3 -zero service providers -yes to vine reviews -yes to free external traffic Comment “Traffic” below and maybe I’ll tell you how. Or, maybe not and you’ll have to listen to a podcast where some host leverages me for their own benefit and to share my hard work. Stop listening to guru’s pitching agency services or people that are not real operators. Dig into this stuff people and win. Use datadive and rank radar. #rantover

This 20 yr old dropped out of school and built a $50k/month agency in 10 months Here’s the crazy story of how he pulled it off… In November, Jaxen's ad agency failed after months of hard work. So he tried a less competitive market - Voice AI. He decided to run $30/day on ads on a quick offer he put together. He ended up booking 6 appointments his first day. Now he spends 10x that and generates $40-60k/month in revenue. Here a 3 step-by-step growth hacks that he used: 1) Ad -> free community funnel He shows off his AI and then pushes to a skool community where he gives them all his info on how they can build it for themselves collects emails on opt-in has a bunch of CTAs to book calls he then nurtures qualified members into appointments 2) AI calling He actually has a self-serving proposition, he uses technology similar to air AI to call potential leads they can call 10,000+ numbers/hour and on average convert 20%-25% of all the pick ups 3) Partner program Jaxen implemented a whitelabel partner program, now with 27 businesses where he productized his service and tech then lets them sell his service under their brand to generate revenue without having to fulfill themselves The result? In just 15 months he's doing $500k+ ARR. If you want the full breakdown -> listen to the podcast my first podcast! https://lnkd.in/e9KUC-6b

🚀 Just Dropped: The Latest Episode of The ADOTAT Show! Pesach Lattin sits down with the Jedi Master of ad tech, Jonah Goodhart—co-founder of Moat, Montauk Labs, and digital disruptor since before you could spell SEO. Jonah spills the beans on how he went from hustling free e-commerce giveaways in college to pioneering the digital ad space with Right Media and Moat, proving that sometimes all it takes is a little chutzpah and 800 meetings (thanks, Michael Walrath) to change the game. Now, with his new venture Mobian, Jonah is redefining measurement in ad tech by digging deep into the feels—literally. 😮 Forget counting clicks and eyeballs; Jonah’s all about understanding what makes consumers tick. He's bringing AI and large language models into the mix to measure context, intent, and emotion. We’re talking about ads that know if you’re crying over the Knicks or contemplating life’s bigger questions. And don’t even get him started on brand safety! Jonah’s out to fix what’s been broken for years with smarter tech that doesn’t just look at the words on the page but gets the full picture—including if that page is selling hope or fear. So, if you’re in the mood for some real talk about the future of advertising, tune in to this wild ride of an episode. Jonah drops truth bombs about why most ad tech is still stuck in the Stone Age and how Mobian is planning to bring it into the future. Huge thanks to everyone who got a mention: Mike Walrath for his relentless mentoring, Noah Goodhart for always being in the digital foxhole with Jonah, and, of course, Jonah himself for making metrics sound almost... fun? Don’t miss out—click, watch, and learn! 🧠✨ #AdTech #AI #DigitalInnovation #TheADOTATShow #BrandSafety #AdvertisingReimagined #MetricsThatMatter #Mobian #Moat https://lnkd.in/gCFmFMmN

At Filament we're starting to take our YouTube channel more seriously and I'm going to build this in public, sharing findings along the way. I thought it might be interesting for B2B leaders and marketers to follow the progress, get insights into the decisions that are made and see what's possible for B2B tech. Up until now, the YouTube channel was just a place to host the video content we were making. Mostly conversation-based, long-form content, whether it's been the podcast or Nick and I in conversation. No strategy has gone into the channel so far - it's just been a convenient repository to put video content. We've brought on a YouTube strategist who is helping pull apart and audit what has been done, research opportunities and advise on the strategy going forward. As of right now in October 2024, we're at: 52 subscribers 32 videos 115 views in the last month 85% of views are from within YouTube, 15% from external I'll provide an update as the audit and strategy come together - hopefully this will help you with your thinking as well. #youtube #b2btech #techmarketing #b2bmarketing
