What an amazing project. Question: as a consultant and contractor heavily involved in affordable/multi-family projects (both new construction and deep energy retrofits with electrification).... How do the costs compare to re-purpose an existing commercial building into residential apartments vs. typical renovations or new construction? Would love to know.

Frank Alexander is there a possibility of BHP applying for the Employer Based Child Care Grant? This would be an ideal opportunity for the organization to consider for the childcare center.
