Age Backwards2 FRIDAY’S FLOW Freedom. Ephemeral! It is my goal, in my practice, to restore body awareness to those who have disconnected from it due to ignoring/avoiding pain. The current treatment model keeps people coming, doesn’t it. If every time you have a headache, and you take a pill to rid yourself of it, you will most likely experience another headache; or any other discomfort that requires a pill; or treatment. Living pain free and drug free requires awareness. Freedom from dependency hangs in the balance; There are giant edifices built dedicated to pain and suffering. Freedom from pain and drugs is thought a mere pipe dream. I grew up with parents who lived to be 80 (Dad) 98 (mom) without ever having a surgery, . Were they in perfect health? Almost. If I had known more during their lifetime, I may have been better equipped to contribute. In any case, those early years set the tone for my current dedication to Freedom. How Free do you feel? #livepainfree #LiveDrugFree #agebackwards2 #alignwithease #beinggratefuleveryday #MoveWithoutPain #remotetraining

🤔 What if movement made you feel better? The solution to healing, alleviating pain, improving immunity, boosting mental health, is all found in movement. The problem is, people believe that exercise has to be pushing the limits of human capacity at all times, or it's useless. On the contrary, controlled movement can help lengthen short tissue, build muscle, build strength, build stability, and so much more. Movement is great for arthritis, pre surgery, post surgery, joint pains, insulin resistance, metabolic disfunction, and a slew of other health issues plaguing our American healthcare. We believe in preventative health. Movement is a huge part of that. Message us for a free consultation and assessment. Understanding Lumbar Spondylolisthesis: A Silent Challenge for Many Have you or someone you know experienced persistent lower back pain or difficulty with mobility? One common but often misunderstood condition behind these symptoms is lumbar spondylolisthesis—a spinal disorder where one vertebra slips over the one below it. This condition can range from mild, asymptomatic cases to more severe instances causing significant pain, nerve compression, and difficulty in daily activities. It often results from aging, spinal degeneration, or repetitive stress and injury, particularly in athletes or labor-intensive workers. Why Awareness Matters: Early Diagnosis: Many people dismiss back pain as "just aging," delaying proper diagnosis and treatment. Effective Management: While surgery is sometimes required, many cases can be managed with physical therapy, posture correction, and targeted exercises. Quality of Life: Understanding the condition empowers patients to take control of their health and prevent complications. #HealthAwareness #SpinalHealth #Spondylolisthesis #LinkedInCommunity #physicaltherapy #physiotherapist

Physical health and mental health are often interconnected. Studies show that adults with chronic physical health problems suffer from depression at two to three times the rate of those in good physical health. As people grow older, the likelihood of developing common health problems that cause chronic pain, such as osteoarthritis of the knee, increases. Today, on Global Wellness Day, we'd like to take the time to remind all of our patients that persistent pain doesn't have to be a part of your daily life. Our minimally invasive treatments offer a quick solution to help you live a pain-free life while avoiding complex surgery. Contact us to schedule a consultation to discuss your options to reclaim a good quality of life and promote your overall wellness. 📞951-574-6500 https://lnkd.in/gP_P3WRb #globalwellnessday #physicalwellness #painfreelife #minimallyinvasive #interventionalradiology

Living with a brain tumour is more than just a series of medical appointments. It’s the constant challenge of managing the little things that others might not see. For me, it’s the struggle of holding things, like when I’m cooking or trying to pick something up. My right side was affected by a stroke during a debulking surgery, so these tasks can feel like an uphill battle every day. I constantly drop dishes when washing up because they slip from my hands, but it’s something I keep to myself. I also struggle with memory. No matter how many reminders I set, I forget that they’ve even gone off. It’s frustrating, and sometimes, it feels like I’m fighting my own mind. On top of this, I deal with anxiety, partly because of my hemi-facial spasms. Not only are they painful, but they’re incredibly noticeable, which adds another layer of stress to my daily life. These experiences shape who I am and how I navigate the world, and I want to share them with you in the hope of spreading understanding and raising awareness. What’s something you face that others might not know about? Let’s open up the conversation and create more awareness together. #LifeWithPurpose #BrainTumourJourney #HelpLisa2HelpOthers #BrainTumourAwareness #BrainTumourSymptoms

💡The Worst Misinformation Regarding Recovery From Post-Operative Exercise. Were you aware?
