Escalator graduation is always a highlight of the AWDT calendar. It is a celebration the 14 wāhine we've had the privilege to connect, inspire, challenge and grow over the past year and an acknowledgement as they now become woven into the Escalator Alumni group for both continuing support and to add strength in their own way. Hannah Cottam, Frances beeston, Taylor McHugh, michelle wallis, Chloe Kincaid, Serena lyders, Kate Sarah Webber, Heather Gilbert, Amber Carpenter, Abby Rawcliffe, Joan Barendsen, Erica van Reenen, Lara Sutton and Midge Munro - we wish you well on the next stage of your leadership journey and look forward to sharing the stories of the positive impact we know you will continue to make. The programme wouldn't be what it is without sector support - guest speakers, leadership and governance panelists, Alumni sisters and AWDT Partners - thank you to all the individuals that have created meaningful connections with this group with their authenticity and generosity throughout the year. Special thanks to Jemma Brunton and Linda Cooper FCA AWDT facilitators and coaches who have walked with the participants every step of the way. If you'd like to read more about the graduates and other AWDT news make sure you're on our newsletter list - email contact@awdt.org.nz to register. Thanks as always to the AWDT partners AGMARDT (The Agricultural and Marketing Research and Development Trust), ANZ, Beef + Lamb New Zealand, DairyNZ, FMG (Farmers Mutual Group), Ravensdown and Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), KPMG New Zealand and Farmers Weekly NZ
