I remember the first time I spoke to 45 people. Including the CEO. I pointed out serious mistakes in the technology´s brand. And why it was not selling enough. And tried to get more budget to fix them. My VP suggested I present it during the CEO visit. I was nervous. Trait by my imagination: "I don´t know enough". Despite my fear, the VP introduced me. 20 minutes later, I had finished my presentation. I proved by Data that the brand was weak. And suggested strategies to fix the gaps. It wasn´t perfect. But the CEO congratulated me! And the budget was given! That experience made me consider higher opportunities. And made me realize what I have lost by staying in my comfort zone. There are two takeaways here: - NEVER stop believing in yourself - What you know, not everyone knows Two many people remain in the dark because the light frightens them. --- How are you enjoying your Friday?
