Last Friday, the Ausbright team came together for a team-building afternoon, and what better way to bond than with an American BBQ cooking class. We fired up the smokers, donned our aprons, and got hands-on with some fantastic recipes. Under the expert guidance of our head Chef Ben Farley, we learned new cooking techniques, shared laughs, and created delicious BBQ dishes that we all enjoyed together. The event was a perfect blend of fun, learning, and camaraderie. A huge thank you to the BBQ School team for making this experience memorable. It was wonderful to see the teamwork, creativity, and culinary skills of our team members.
