I was talking to a friend about how i think portfolios for "knowledge workers" i.e; (A knowledge worker is a professional who generates value for the organization with their expertise, critical thinking and interpersonal skills. ) can be helpful on a surface level, but hiring employees are many times a direct result of someone saying " You portfolio was one the key areas we hired you." is short sided and really not seeing the whole picture. Anyway this podcast gives an interesting viewpoint on positioning that when digested can lead to a fresh perspective for hiring managers and people applying for jobs. https://lnkd.in/gQntqchJ

Come join the rest of our savvy viewers in the lighthearted, hard-hitting analysis of our latest episode, as we discuss: 🙄 How we're disappointed to the max when it comes to developing the character of Max! 🫤 How we're getting a little too little of Foxy in his big introduction! 😱 How a jump scare can be much more than just a jump scare as we ask, "Don't it make my brown eyes GOO?"!
