Although the article indicates improvements in girls' mental health, there remains much to be done. Understanding how to bond with your daughter, granddaughter, niece, etc., is crucial for recognizing if she is facing challenges with self-esteem or peer relationships at school. Reducing social media exposure is also a positive move. I share with parents my own experiences of having a daughter who deals with anxiety and depression. It's vital to recognize the warning signs early and to develop a strategy to address them collaboratively. #parenting #mentalhealth #school #girls

Policymakers should pursue triage instead." These findings are just reinforcement that fostering kids’ social-emotional development, school environment and community impact their physical health. How can we continue to develop systems and environments to work against kids’ ACEs and change the trajectory of kids’ future and break the cycles?
