If you’re in Any industry and want to focus on the customer experience I suggest checking Encircle out. They have the very best user experience, suite of resources, customer support, a cool free app that not enough restoration companies are using to OWN direct from consumer residential work, and the “styling” of everything they do from colors and fonts and website interactivity and webinars and follow up is absolutely right behind “cutting edge” which means all of it works. If you want to get an education on how your client should feel ,honestly even if you didn’t need the app in your industry it would be well worth it for you to have for a year to study them. Job managing apps in restoration vary so much with the varying needs of contractors so I won’t pinpoint which ones are “the best”, but you will not find any better stack of customer centric layout than Encircle has. *and if you find one share it below or DM me so I can study it, industry and niche doesn’t matter.
