They have the very best user experience, suite of resources, customer support, a cool free app that not enough restoration companies are using to OWN direct from consumer residential work, and the “styling” of everything they do from colors and fonts and website interactivity and webinars and follow up is absolutely right behind “cutting edge” which means all of it works.
If you want to get an education on how your client should feel ,honestly even if you didn’t need the app in your industry it would be well worth it for you to have for a year to study them.
Job managing apps in restoration vary so much with the varying needs of contractors so I won’t pinpoint which ones are “the best”, but you will not find any better stack of customer centric layout than Encircle has.

Headed back to Omaha after a successful time at #AAPS in Salt Lake City.
Final trade show of the year for the SCORR team before hunkering down to finish Q4 and get a head start for Q1 of 2024.
I think I’ll record a rant in the next week or two that recaps everything I learned from trade shows in 2024, from our clients to SCORR ourselves.
And more importantly, what that means looking forward to 2025 and the trade show landscape.
One thing is for certain: marketing and business development teams must work together on pre-show strategy much, much more in 2025.
But more on that soon.

I started my cyber journey in identity and access management, focusing on centralizing and managing identities and access. Today, while IdPs have successfully centralized IAM infrastructure management, they've also created a centralized attack surface. With rising identity-based attacks, the focus has shifted to identity as infrastructure security in cloud and hybrid environments. Ensuring legitimate identities and normal activities requires stitching together your IdP with all your cloud environments. IdPs alone aren't enough—Okta's CEO admitted to breaches, stating, “We’re not perfect by any means.” I look forward to discussing this shift and Permiso's approach to addressing the challenges of detecting and responding to identity-based attacks at our booth or wherever you want to meet in Vegas!

The need for cost-efficiency (massive topic at #nabshow this year) has driven media organisations to look to the cloud for alternative ways to produce high-quality live content. The pace has shifted up a couple of gears judging by the conversations and reactions to our platform this week - the time to adopt the cloud is now. Customers are ready, and so is the #technology.
