Living in a small place, the most important thing is people, people having respect and a ownership of where they are from. Community is everything and very quickly our children grow up and join this community so it’s important they hold good morals and beliefs. Keeping your communities close and outside noise from weird political party agendas is key. Protecting your children is everything so at Goose on the Loose we have created a blog for parents to use to speak and share with eachother. https://lnkd.in/e8kyXn93

Hey, amazing parents and family law enthusiasts! Today, let's dive into an important topic: child support when one parent is unemployed. 🤝 🔍 Understanding the Legal Framework: Even if a parent is unemployed, child support obligations don't disappear. Courts often estimate potential earnings based on work history or skills. This ensures that children receive the care they need, regardless of a parent's employment status. 🌈 🏡 Impact on the Child: Every child deserves a loving and supportive environment. When both parents contribute, it nurtures their growth and development, creating a brighter future. Let's prioritize their well-being together! 💖 💡 Tips and Resources: - Explore Local Support Programs: Many communities offer support services to help parents navigate these challenges. - Seek Mediation: Open communication can lead to amicable solutions. - Consult a Legal Professional: They can provide guidance tailored to your situation. 👩⚖️👨⚖️ Don't navigate this journey alone! Reach out to legal professionals and support groups to ensure you're informed and supported. Our children are worth every effort! 🌟 Together, we can create a community that champions family support and ensures every child thrives! 💪💙

Changing lives for the better is why we, at Bet Tzedek, do this work. In the 1980s — a decade that concluded with our initial 16 years of service — we helped tens of thousands of Los Angeles residents uphold their legal rights and, hence, create greater stability and security in their lives. This includes assisting more than 9,000 clients in 1987 alone, according to a December 1988 issue of the Los Angeles Times. Housing stability, access to public benefits, and assistance with conservatorship and advance planning, for example, allowed individuals to thrive then and for generations to come, and that’s what Bet Tzedek’s support enabled throughout the decade. #50YearsOfJusticeForAll
