"Her income was dipping at the speed of her frustration... One my clients was a master creatrix Her potency and messaging grew an amazing audience around her ….but the backend of her business didn’t match the Queen energy that her feeds were showing. What her audience SAW was... ✨ beautiful photos ✨ powerful language ✨ thousands of followers ✨ tons of comments & adoring "fan girls" on her posts ✨ Even people EXCITED to comment "Just signed up!” But what they didn't see... (and where MOST people would assume that because she was REALLY GOOD at selling...) Was the backend of her business looked like: 🔥 Answering 20+ DAILY team questions in slack during the week (feeling anxious to even open up slack) 🔥 Having to be heavily involved in launches and re-doing sales pages that her team was struggling to put together at the level a 7-figure brand would have 🔥Spending more time hiring, training, firing team than she was growing the business (projects that would get her time back stalled out for months because there weren’t anyone she could hire who could INDEPENDENTLY take it on. She tried agencies too!) Her business started out as a gift from her heart …but was starting to make her beyond annoyed and frustrated Her income was also dipping at the same speed of her frustration When she hired me, we started putting systems into her business right away. This looked like 🦄 organizing her software 🦄 getting the RIGHT team members in place 🦄 moving her off of Asana into clickup (my personal favorite!) 🦄 straight into launch mode and even did a $200K+ launch ….all within 8 weeks!!! But my favorite part - within a few weeks, her joy started radiating again She kept saying, “This is EXACTLY how I envisioned the support I needed would be!” You can journal… …but BUSINESS SYSTEMS holds a LIMITLESS masculine frame Anytime you try to hold the masculine frame with your BODY in your business alone… you’re going to burn out How I teach business systems & remote team management using my Expansion Planning Method™ will easily shave your workload in HALF. It’s business operations for the Femme entrepreneur 💕 What’s left is the juicy feminine creative SPACE to play in (which is so fun for you and your team!) My client went from feeling afraid to launch with her team to experiencing a $200k+ launch that was so organized & relaxed that she started a sexy HOBBY My clients have SOLD OUT offers, with clients who keep coming back because the experience was AMAZING for them (ps - my clients are stingy with their spots so if there's something open, MOVE) You get to have exactly what’s on your vision board, babe! If you have the vision, I have the roadmap 👏

Happy Friday! This week has been a whirlwind of highs and lows as a founder and a mother with kids off for the summer. Apologies for not giving shout-outs to others on their articles this Friday—I haven’t had a chance to read any. Instead, here’s a heartfelt rundown of the benefits and hardships of being a “mumpreneur” (Loved the image below) definitely felt number 3 this week. Positives: ⭐ New sales training for freelancers: This is helping us grow and thrive. Hearing their ideas of who to reach out to and their enthusiasm was contagious. ⭐ Engaging in communities: This has led to valuable connections and outreach from amazing people. I had two people reach out to ask if my company can help them. Another gave me the opportunity to join a masterclass and, when I couldn’t attend, sent me a video to watch. How thoughtful. ⭐ Witnessing my co-founder’s dedication: His commitment to coding for our upcoming product is truly inspiring. We had an amazing two-hour session going through what was needed to launch. Stay tuned… ⭐ Receiving thoughtful event recommendations: Past colleagues and new connections have been incredibly supportive. My old boss sent me something that I hope to attend just to help me network and meet new people. It’s so nice to have supporters. Challenges: 😫 Juggling work and family: Meeting my own targets while playing the role of an “Uber driver” for my kids is exhausting. Some summer activities seem pointless. By the time you drop and make it home you only get a hr before going back. Why or Why. 😫 Balancing teaching and business: Helping my son prepare for exams while trying to grow my business is a constant struggle. We have turned our kitchen table into a classroom and work desk. No table in sight. 😫 Battling mom guilt: When my kids crave attention while I’m swamped with tasks, the guilt is overwhelming. My daughter cleaned her room, made lunch and dinner, and cleaned up. She got so bored and asked, after almost a whole day of keeping busy, “Do you think we can play a game? I have helped you do the housework to free up your time.” If you’ve felt any of these and have tactics, please leave a comment. Your insights would mean the world to me. 💬 #FounderLife #WorkingMom #Entrepreneurship #RemoteWork #BalancingAct

Want to know what’s actually holding your business back? Most business owners (maybe you?) think they need to put in more hours to get more results. I hear it all the time: ‘I just need more time, then I’ll finally get ahead.’ But that’s a lie we’ve been sold for way too long. The truth is, time isn’t the problem. Your strategy is. 👀 What if you could get more done in 20 hours a week than you do now in 40? Let’s talk about how my client Amy is doing exactly that by using AI bots to get the strategy AND content out of the way—without burnout, without hustle culture BS, and without missing out on life. Here’s how: Offer Builder - Farrah Bot First, we build her offer. Not just any offer—a high-value, sellable, and scalable offer. We used Farrah Bot to map it all out. I’m talking about modules, lessons, and everything she needs to get her clients to their outcomes FAST. No fluff. No guessing. Aligned Freebie - Olivia Bot Next, we aligned a killer freebie back to her offer. Amy wasn’t seeing results from her freebie because it didn’t match the big picture. Olivia Bot is helping to create a lead magnet that wasn’t just ‘another free download.’ It was a clear, irresistible path that flowed perfectly into her low-ticket offer. Content Strategy - Frankie Bot Posting random stuff and hoping for the best isn’t going to cut it. We need strategic, clear, and consistent messaging that attracts, builds, and converts. That’s where Frankie Bot comes in. We took everything from her freebie and offer and turned it into IG content that brings in the RIGHT people. Amy now knows exactly what to post, when to post, and how to keep her audience hooked. Your business doesn’t need your constant time—it needs your clear, focused strategy. And AI bots are the shortcut to building and executing that strategy without the endless hours. People love to glorify hustle. You see it every day on IG—‘work hard, grind, rise and grind, 4am Club, 80-hour work weeks.’ 🤯 But if that’s what success takes, I don’t want it, and you shouldn’t either. Jess xx

🤑 „Don’t mix business and friendship!” – this is a common opinion. I say: wrong! 🥁 This post is about a friendship, which started almost a decade ago in NYC as “business relationship” and over time also became a friendship. And I love everything about it. Almost 10 years ago Oliver Kray and I met through the German Accelerator. I was a lead mentor for the GA in NYC and had the privilege to work with Oli on taking MyPostcard® to the US and unlocking its next growth curve. Countless hours in front of excels turned overtime into a mix of business and personal talk over coffee and beers. The lines between business and friendship blurred. Today, both reunited in Berlin, our “friendbiz” continues. MyPostcard, the leading app for turning pictures into personalized greetings, is a circulee customer and vice-versa: Recently we used MyPostcard’s B2B offering to reach our customers “offline” (btw I can only recommend it to both B2C and B2B marketeers, pls just make sure to ask for sustainable mailings 😉). I am grateful about this unique relationship – a gift that keeps on giving. A few words about Oli, who is not only a dear friends and business partner, but also an exceptional entrepreneur and a very cool guy (you can tell by the pic 😎 ). He began his career as professional sprayer, turning empty murals into art. After launching further “offline” businesses (he also had an import-export business!!), Oli decided for himself he wanted to work in the digital world and built a digital promotion agency supporting artists on YouTube and working closely with Universal and the likes. His passion for combining creativity and tech eventually led him to build MyPostcard – the leading postcard app in store. If you’re on vacation, you should give it a try: with a few clicks you can “send” your vacation pics as postcard around the globe for a flat fee. With printers on every continent your greetings reach your loved ones within days. Thank you Oli for being a friend and entrepreneur who cares 💚 Read more about Oli’s inspiring story on our blog (see link in comments). Picture was taken last week at the circulee office ;) #businessfriendship #mentoring #B2Bmarketing #greenit

You want to bring on more clients to make more money & scale your business, but the thought of taking on more clients stresses you out because you’re already working 40+ hour weeks! It’s making you feel that your business just isn’t scaleable past its current point, but that’s not true. The reason you feel this way is your time is capped and you haven’t outsourced, just like my Client R used to feel. When Client R came to me, they were already insanely successful, but as they are driven they wanted to scale further so they could feel proud of their business and more fulfilled by their work. When R came to us, she was balancing her clients' social media, engagement, captions, scheduling, on top of running her agency. She was overwhelmed and exhausted, but also driven. Her dream? To take on even more clients to increase her income and cement her agency as THE go-to agency in her niche. But with so much on her plate, there just weren’t enough hours in the day. By taking over 50+ hours of client work each month, we gave R the space to focus on what mattered most to her business. Fast forward to today and over a year of working with us & R’s business is thriving. She’s onboarded multiple new clients (and increased her income significantly) and is running her business with less stress and more freedom. This is what happens when you stop doing it alone. Ready to stop doing everything yourself and start scaling sustainably? DM me the word "CLIENT R" to if you’re ready to bring in the right support so you can seriously scale your business without having to give up your freedom. #WomenInBusiness #SixFigureStrategy #SocialMediaSupport #businesscoaches #womencoaches #marketingforcoaches #businesscoachesforwomen #marketingcoaches #bizcoaches #virtualassistantforcoaches #personalbrand #outsource #personalbranding #salescontent #socialmediamanager #socialmediamarketer #socialmediamarketingstrategy #socialmediaservices #socialmediamarketingmanager #coachingbusiness #womenbusiness #businessowner #onlineserviceprovider #onlineserviceproviders

Sarah was drowning. Sarah is a 37-year-old marketing consultant, business owner and Mum to two girls. She has a small, tight-knit team and based in regional NSW. When I met Sarah, it was clear she was great at helping others nail their branding — but her own business was a bit of a mess. Her situation: juggling endless client work, admin and working ridiculous hours, which funneled through to her home life... Which means her focus was not where it needed to be. Missed opportunities. No follow-ups. Leads dried up. Revenue stalled. She was burning out, barely holding it together, and worst of all? Feeling guilty every time she wasn’t with her kids. Sarah and I first spoke over LinkedIn DMs, then caught up over zoom... I invited her to join a case study I was running (which became The Momentum Program™). We found Sarah was spending too much time on things that didn’t make her money. The solution? We slashed 10 hours of sales and admin each week by automating lead generation, follow-ups, and refining her service packages. No more client chasing. No more inefficient onboarding. Just simple systems. The result? Revenue up 35%. And the best part? 15 hours less work each week. Now, Sarah spends more time with her girls, and the stress? Gone. The takeaway? You don’t need to grind harder to grow. You need smarter systems. Automate the boring stuff. Delegate the rest. And get your life back. Sarah’s story isn’t unique. Most businesses are just a few tweaks away from being far more efficient and profitable. If you’re stuck grinding, ask yourself: What are you doing that you don’t need to be? And what are you not doing that you should be? We’ve helped tons of business owners like Sarah reclaim their time and freedom. The right systems are the key. #SmallBusiness #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #WorkLifeBalance

#Day 9 #15DaysLinkedinConsistencyChallengeWithCoachOlubola Here’s How I Stay Motivated and Focused Every Day Ever found yourself in the middle of a project, feeling stuck and wondering how to push through? I’ve been there. In fact, when I first transitioned into the world of digital marketing and virtual assistance, there were days when the work seemed endless and the motivation was hard to find. But one thing kept me going: the belief that focus and consistency are the keys to success. Let me tell you a story. A few years ago, I was juggling multiple clients, projects, and deadlines. There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel, but then I remembered why I started: to help others grow their businesses and make a real impact. That purpose became my anchor. Over time, I developed a few strategies to stay motivated and focused every single day. Here are 5 tips: 1. Set Clear, Achievable Goals: Every day, I break my big projects into smaller tasks. This gives me something concrete to work towards, making it easier to stay motivated. 2. Create a Routine: Having a structured daily schedule helps me stay focused. It’s like a blueprint for success—knowing exactly what I’m doing and when makes it easier to stay on track. 3. Celebrate Small Wins: Whether it’s finishing a social media campaign or ticking off a to-do list item, I make sure to celebrate every little victory. It keeps my morale high and pushes me forward. 4. Surround Myself with Inspiration: I follow motivational speakers, read inspiring books, and connect with other entrepreneurs. These interactions and resources keep my energy levels up and fuel my passion. 5. Focus on Impact, Not Perfection: In digital marketing, results are what matter most. Instead of obsessing over every detail, I focus on delivering value and making a positive impact for my clients. The rest will follow. Staying motivated doesn’t mean being perfect; it means staying consistent and believing in your purpose. If you're ready to unlock your business's true potential through digital marketing or need help streamlining your operations with a virtual assistant, let's connect. I’m here to help you build a sustainable and impactful business. #StayMotivated #EntrepreneurLife #DigitalMarketing #VirtualAssistant #Entrepreneur #executivevirtualassistant
