The first batch of DORA RTS has already been published in the Official Journal of the European Union. #DORA empowers the European Commission to adopt certain Delegated Regulations and mandates the European Supervisory Authorities to prepare several Regulatory Technical Standards (#RTS) to specify how financial entities, competent authorities and market participants shall comply with the obligations laid down in the Regulation.
