Many interstate property buyers from cities like Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide are making the mistake of using buyer’s agents from their home states to purchase investment properties in Melbourne. This is a risky approach that often leads to poor outcomes. Shockingly, these so-called “buyer’s agents” aren’t even physically inspecting the properties they’re recommending.
