Account Management is for hunters who have burned out 🤔🤔🤔 The topic of conversation with a potential client was yesterday. They want hunters, people who have the passion and drive to win new logos and create amazing new business pipelines 💰💰💰 They don't want salespeople who are looking to come in for a target or 2 then become an AM and deal with their already happy clients. Account Management in their opinion is easy, the product is working, the data is most of the time there to back utilization and the renewal rate is strong. There has been a increase of the Spanish speaking population in northern Palm Beach and Martin counties, as many are forced out of Miami and Broward counties' higher rents. This means that the percentage of the Spanish speaking workforce has, and will continue to increase in these areas. This includes managers and executives in HR and Payroll departments. Because of the many pitfalls the ACA has, we know that it is paramount to have them clearly understand their ACA Employer Mandate obligation. Bilingual Spanish-English.... (and also French/Creole-English)... is a must in South Florida in general, but more so a luxury in Martin and Palm Beach counties.
