All four levels of the garage structure have been completed including their respective ramps. The sixth floor has been poured up to 50% of its structure making way for the large transfer slab that will hold the tower above. The east sunrise pool has also begun to take shape as its shell is constructed. The first levels of the front facade structure have also been poured and beginning to show the beautiful curves of the building. We look forward to topping off the west podium this month so the tower can continue to rise at an accelerated pace. The 6th floor transfer slab has been poured, 800+ cubic yards of concrete was poured. Our second largest pour of the project and the last one for the remainder of the shell.
