Akshayakalpa Organic’s Post

Young people are quitting farming due to lack of financial viability. Akshayakalpa has spent the last 15 years addressing this challenging aspect of farming by working with 1,500 farmers with average land holdings of 3 acres. We’ve helped them achieve a monthly income of nearly ₹1,00,000. Now, in collaboration with Rainmatter Foundation, we are excited to share this knowledge through the Akshayakalpa-Rainmatter Fellowship Program in Regenerative Farming. This immersive nine-month residential program is designed to help the youth understand and practice farming by focusing on ecological balance, farm diversity, and profitability while building healthy soils for sustainable agriculture.
