I want to give the worst possible feedback and file a complaint against Airtel Air (WiFi). I am really frustrated with their customer care service. I called them 7-8 times, but they haven't resolved my issue. Every time I call, they simply say, "Your problem will be resolved within 4 hours." Despite multiple calls, they keep telling me to wait for another 2-4 hours and promise a callback from their technician, but I haven't received any calls or a resolution yet. My advice: Don't go for any Airtel product. They will leave you helpless in the end. My work has been stalled for two days because of this WiFi issue. I had to manage by boosting my mobile data pack. Airtel WiFi is of no use—a total waste of money.

airtel Airtel Digital After multiple mails and follow up I have no other ways I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding the requirement to travel to Mumbai for live photo verification as part of your company's verification process. I understand the importance of verification, but I strongly believe that this requirement is unjust, costly, and outdated. The requirement to travel to Mumbai is particularly burdensome for me, as I have prior commitments and responsibilities that cannot be neglected. Moreover, the flight costs are exorbitant, and it would be a significant financial strain for me to undertake this journey solely for the purpose of verification. Furthermore, I would like to highlight that my current mobile number is not operational, and I do not have an alternative number. This has made it extremely difficult for me to receive important updates and communicate with your team. I am relying on emails, which is not a reliable means of communication in this situation. I would appreciate it if you could provide a suitable alternative or waiver for this requirement, considering my exceptional circumstances. I look forward to hearing from

Dear Airtel , I am been a postpaid customer , but trust me I am getting the worst service than a prepaid customer. Guys your IVR is not working nor you Airtel app is working for complaints. Cant visit store every now and then for services. Charging for 5G but services are of 3G. Pathetic service.

I have not been getting WIFI in my area for 14 hours now..... You have taken money in advance. You also don't extend for the days you close the WiFi. The registration number is not working on your telecom call of customer care, nor my registered mobile number. Nor the connected person on the customer care call is helping, since they don't have access to transfer to the correct department even after providing information. What is the use of your wifi if it is disconnected for 14 hours in office working time. The number of the service provider by your Airtel App is incorrect and don't exist. So who will be providing me the service? I have tried reaching out to you by all possible means. You have designed your customer service portal as if the person should stop the attempts by getting fed up by trying multiple times. And you will not give any response. Not on call. Not on Airtel Help App.

Here is my Personal Experience with Airtel Digital Airtel • My #Airtel number was inexplicably linked to another individual’s details, granting me access to their sensitive information—a clear violation of data privacy standards. • Subsequently, I began receiving calls demanding payments intended for this unknown person, further complicating the situation. • Over the past three months, I’ve sent multiple emails to Airtel’s support team seeking clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, my concerns have been met with silence or deflection, with no concrete answers provided. Over the last three months, I’ve been trying to get answers from #Airtel, a brand that boasts about compliance, #security, and customer-first policies. I’ve written email after email, escalated through #support teams, #socialmedia channels, Airtel Black teams, and yet there is nothing concrete. This company is becoming Fraud day by day. I think boycott Airtel needs to done to make break their adamant and sleepy ground staff , the below screen shot with request to fix simple Wi-Fi issue. No body is even bothered to attend taken more than 5000rs money it’s all going waste I have now registered both closure/ cancellation request with this one let’s see which is actioned first. No response even after approaching the appallet/ esclation what so ever.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my Airtel connection issue, particularly concerning the static IP service I have been paying for over the past five years. Today morning, my Airtel internet connection went down, causing significant disruptions to my operations. Upon contacting your customer care team at 121, I was instructed to reboot my router. Following this, I was informed that my static IP had been changed without prior notification or authorization. While the internet briefly resumed, it went down again shortly thereafter. Subsequent communication with the Bharatpur technical team head Mr. Dinesh was highly unsatisfactory. Despite providing proof of payment (invoice) for the static IP service, I was informed that Airtel does not provide static IPs. This statement contradicts both my invoice and the service I have relied upon for years. Furthermore, the technical team stated they would check and resolve the issue tomorrow This response is entirely unacceptable. I have a team of over 100 employees who have been unable to work due to this disruption, resulting in severe financial and operational losses. When I raised this concern, I was told it is my responsibility to ensure my team can work
