🌟It's the little things that matter. 🌟 Recently, I set up a monthly award for our BDRs and BDMs, where the team anonymously votes for each other. Each month, one BDR and one BDM are recognized as the stars of the month. This initiative was created to celebrate our team's hard work and dedication. This month, as I collated the results, I was touched to find a nomination for me. One of my amazing colleagues wrote: "Lisa is all things to all people and not just in the Anchor Sales teams - also in the wider business. Happy to help and support BDRs, BDMs, & Marketing..... a real focus on getting the job done whilst also being a shoulder and/or an ear when needed. The mother of the team :-)" These kind words mean the absolute world to me and reinforce the importance of fostering a supportive and encouraging work environment.
