Once upon a time, a Customer Support Officer visited a client’s office to diagnose an issue and provide basic training to the staff. He arrived late, casually dressed, and even made a small joke about how things at his company weren’t very organized. The client listened but left with doubts — not just about the officer, but about the entire company. In customer service, you represent your company. Taking ownership of your role means presenting yourself professionally and with pride. If you fail to do so, how can a client trust the service you’re providing? So whenever you meet a client, ask yourself: Are you truly representing your company with ownership and integrity? #CustomerService #CustomerSupport #Ownership #Professionalism #ClientRelations #Integrity

✨ Customer Support: The Unsung Heroes of Every Company ✨ One thing I've observed from my experience in customer support is how deeply connected this role is to every department within a company. Whether it’s understanding the latest developments in the finance team or knowing the ins and outs of new product launches, customer support associates often have a unique, bird’s-eye view of the entire organization. While someone in finance might not be aware of what’s happening in another department, those in customer support often have to stay informed about it all. It’s almost like being a one-person army, balancing the needs of customers while staying up-to-date on internal changes. However, I’ve noticed that despite the hard work and diverse knowledge required for this role, customer support teams are often underappreciated and underpaid compared to other departments. Of course, this is just my perspective, and I could be wrong. I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this topic. Do you agree, or have you seen it differently? #CustomerSupport #TeamWork #CompanyCulture #OpenDiscussion

FUN FACT ABOUT BEING A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON Working in customer support is like being a sleuth! Each call or message is a new "case," where you dig for clues, ask the right questions, and piece together what the customer really needs. Well, it's more than just answering questions, it's about finding hidden solutions, reading between the lines, and sometimes solving mysteries with limited information. And the satisfaction of finally cracking a tough case? Priceless! what's your own fun fact .... #career#customersupport#growth

A large part of being a good #sales person is staying on top of your orders throughout the production process. Maybe some folks would call that account management, I just call it good old fashioned customer service. A large part of that task is having a team that is also on top of it. Because developing new business takes time, so it’s important to have someone watching the #business you do have. A counterpart. Someone to keep your ducks in a row when they are trying to run away to a club in Miami. I came up with the term “Tag Nag” It’s what my CSR and I do to get things moving. “I emailed the customer yesterday about art approval, will you follow up today?” is a regular conversation between us. Because you can’t #print without art approval. I used to be hesitant about contacting my customers too many times when they had a rush order. But I’ve come to learn that folks rushing their #packaging orders are sometimes rushing other things too, and may be spread too thin. When someone has a deadline, multiple follow ups may be needed. And appreciated. So here’s to Tag-Nagging, and getting things moving #TagNagAndItsInTheBag #pouches #rollstock
