    Why Text-Based Hiring Isn’t Enough Anymore? 📄 As hiring practices evolve, relying solely on text-based hiring has its limitations, and it’s clear we need to adapt. During today’s webinar with The Key Talent Portugal, we discussed two major challenges facing this approach: 1️⃣ Engagement – Text based processes are outdated, making it tough for candidates to distinguish between opportunities. High rates of ghosting and no-shows show us that engagement is slipping, and candidates are expressing disinterest in these traditional methods. 2️⃣ Qualification – Job descriptions often go unread, and resumes (sometimes even AI-generated) don’t tell the full story.
