From the word C.A.R.E., our Career Conversations Mastery program incorporates the following principles
✅Compassion (C): The word “compassion” comes from the word “compati,” which means “to suffer.” Being compassionate allows positive emotions to flow between two parties to relieve one party from suffering or distress. In the context of this program, compassion refers to a leader’s ability to understand the needs of their employees to grow, to be motivated in their careers, and to perform efficiently in their roles.
✅Appreciation (A): Appreciation implies that one understands situations that others are experiencing, values strengths that others possess, and acknowledges the past to move forward with changes.
✅Respect (R): Respect is based on due regard for the feelings, wishes, or rights of others, and involves honoring others as they are.
✅Esteem (E): Supporting other individuals by helping to identify, explore, and deal with the root causes of their self-limiting values and beliefs.
