How would you react if you discovered that your country is listed as one of the most litigious in the world? When Maria Jose Anitua co-found the ADCE in September 2013 as a public-private collaboration project, Spain was considered the third most litigious country behind Russia and the Czech Republic according to OECD data. The goal was to promote and foster a new concept of collaborative justice, with members including CEOs of Basque companies. This unique and distinctive approach aimed at social pacification focused on business and included not only collaborative professionals.  The ADCE presentation was held at Artium, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Vitoria-Gasteiz, seamlessly blending art and law from the beginning to inspire transformation within the legal system. Although the association was born in the Basque Country, its influence reached professionals from all over Spain and later extended into Latin America. 𝗔𝗗𝗖𝗘'𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: • 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The diffusion of Collaborative Law through newsletters, digital platforms, training, and practice groups. • 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: Eleven different pilot experiences were developed from the beginning as engines of change.
