Developing talent is one of those things that is being talked about a lot, but is much harder to see being done right in practice. Sure, many companies have internship programs where they bring in young people who want to enter the industry but instead of igniting their passion, providing opportunites for deep practice and coaching them - Interns are treated as free work force. Often given tasks that don't contribute to their growth.
