🔥 ROCK & CODE: How We Rocked the Stage at the Conference!
🤘 Our CEO, Vitaly Koltsov, didn’t just give a speech at The Trends forum — we made some serious noise. A live guitarist took the stage to perform the legendary DOOM soundtrack!
Following the epic intro, Vitaly shared how we brought the iconic shooter to Telegram Mini Apps and what inspires us to create unforgettable games.
🎸 The audience loved it, and we’re sure performances like this speak louder than any slides — showcasing our passion for games and innovation!
P.S. Now we’re brainstorming how to top this for our next presentation. Got any ideas? Drop them in the comments!
This game is an outstanding testament to what brings people to games: a deep and meaningful story combined with real person communication and interaction.
If you look at some of the most successful games over the past 3 to 4 years, the continued theme throughout them all is the ability to interact with our friends, strangers, partners, etc. in new and exciting ways (think of Fortnite being the most accessible battle royale and revolutionizing the genre, Among Us providing a new way to play with large groups of friends). In 2022, my wife and I played this game for the first time. We had been married for two years at that point, and had just gone through the hardest year of our marriage. While this game didn’t save it, it did help us learn how to communicate better with each other and work towards getting back to a better place in our relationship.
What we find as we get older is that there is no cookie cutter model for communication. It’s not a “one size fits every relationship” sort of thing. Everyone communicates differently with everyone, and the best communicators are the ones that realize that sooner. This game, along with some of the most successful games of recent history, provides an opportunity for you to learn how to communicate more effectively with someone that you likely already have a relationship with. This is the perfect game for longtime friends, new partners, or anyone who just wants to get to know someone better. I cannot say enough good things about this game and I hope that studios make more like it.
Do you have any niche examples of ways to communicate in your world? Sports, tech, hobbies… they all have such intricate worlds that not everyone gets insight into. Share them here so we can talk about them!
