Welcome to 9 Y Capital. A lender that supports the professional property, investor and developer community with bridging Refurbishment and Development Finance capital. We're an expert team that has been in the market for over 20 years. Always competitive on price and leverage, we hope to stand apart with our personal approach to serving our customers, understanding them and their projects, and to make the process as easy as possible by applying commercial judgment. Our approach to lending. Has been crafted with the benefit of that 20 years experience in both banking and specialist lending. But it's been further refined with their own personal experiences of investing and developing property. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with our clients that can endure. Rather than just provide transactional finance. We hope to have the opportunity to build that relationship with you.
