That free landlord group you’re part of ⁉️ ✨It is great for the community and staying up to date with issues. ✨BUT it is not going to give you the $$$ freedom and generational wealth from your rental business you are after. ✨I took over this property at the end of 2021. It had a property manager previously. ✨These units have 3 bedrooms, 3 levels of living, and 2 full bathrooms. In 2021, the rent was $790.
