A recent third-party survey revealed that 50% of older adults, who do not yet require in-home care, need assistance just a few times a week. This is consistent with what we see at Naborforce. Our average client uses us just a couple of times per week for an hour or two. That small amount of assistance and social engagement is all it takes to help a senior stay connected and in the home they love while providing a small break and peace of mind for their families. We are bridging the gap between those needing minimal help -- where family can easily step in -- and those who require regular, daily assistance, which is best served by traditional home care. #independentaging #agetech #aginginplace #familycaregiving

Caring for a loved one is one of the most rewarding yet challenging roles we can take on. When you’re the primary caregiver, especially in a rural community, it can feel isolating—both physically and emotionally. If your loved one was once the one driving and now relies on you, the change can create even more strain, limiting your ability to connect with others. It’s essential to acknowledge these feelings, seek support, and remember that you’re not alone. Let’s open up the conversation about caregiving and build supportive networks. 💙 Join us on Nov 14th from 5:30-8:30 for All the Lonely People, a free social event for the community, where we’ll discuss loneliness, isolation, and ways to support each other! https://lnkd.in/g_szjJaq #CaregiverSupport #LonelinessAndIsolation #RuralCaregiving #CommunityMatters #CaregivingJourney #HealthAndWellness #AllTheLonelyPeople #SocialConnection
