How do you measure and reward innovation in your organization?
Instead of jumping to creating new products or business opportunities, focus on what problems you're looking to solve for your users or customers and asking yourself two questions: 1) What are we uniquely positioned to do to solve this particular problem? This can include access to data or resources, expertise in a specific domain, etc 2) What is the most ambitious manifestation of the solution to this problem? This can include adapting your product to drive growth/scale, a novel/disruptive approach that will help you capture market share from your competitors, etc.
