If your Insight Tag or image pixel conversions aren’t showing as Active in Campaign Manager, we recommend going through the following steps to make sure your conversions are set up correctly.
Check that your conversions are set up correctly:
If you confirm that your conversion set up is correct and they’re still showing as Unverified, No recent activity, or Inactive, review these common issues:
For conversions based on the Insight Tag (page load and event-specific)
For LinkedIn Insight Tag conversions, confirm that:
- The Insight Tag is correctly installed on your website so that it can track page load and event-specific conversions.
- The Insight Tag on your account matches the tag implemented on your webpage. Each tag has a unique Partner ID. If the Partner ID of the tag on your webpage does not match the Partner ID in your account, your conversions will not collect a signal.
- There is traffic on your webpage. After you set up your Insight Tag, we recommend that you visit the page where you've implemented the LinkedIn Insight Tag. After someone visits your page, it may take up to 24 hours to see the status switch to Active.
- If you’re using a tag management system, check that the Insight Tag has been implemented according to best practices.
- If you have a page load conversion, make sure the URL of the webpage matches the URL parameters set for the conversion action.

For conversions based on an image pixel
If your image pixel conversion isn’t showing as Active, confirm that the image pixel has been installed to fire when the conversion action is taken on your website, instead of when the page loads.
