    AI is transforming the workforce—here’s what you need to know 👇 Our research team leveraged its proprietary database of professional contacts to uncover how AI influences various roles across industries. With the ability to track over 1.5 million personnel changes daily, the platform revealed a striking surge in AI-related job titles since 2022. In the second quarter of 2022, around 3,700 new AI-focused leadership roles emerged. By Q2 2023, this figure had nearly doubled; by Q2 2024, it had soared to 10,875—representing a roughly threefold increase in just two years. Over the last two years, AI-related job titles have grown by an incredible 200%.
