Recently, I asked one of our FA customers: "What’s the impact of Zocks on your business?" The numbers he calculated were pretty cool. Here’s how he broke Zocks’s impact down for me: 1) Time Savings Calculation He measured how much time Zocks saved after each client meeting. Before he used Zocks, it usually took him hours or days to complete follow-ups, enter notes into the CRM, assign tasks, and get them to the right people. With Zocks, this process is now reduced to minutes — he saves 35 minutes per meeting. Then, he multiplied that by the number of client meetings he typically has monthly or quarterly to see the total number of hours saved. 2) Monetary Impact of Time Savings He took the number of hours he saved and multiplied it by his hourly rate as an FA (a high-cost role). This gave him the base savings in labor costs each month, quarter, or year. 3) Retention Impact He estimated a 10% churn reduction because of the SIGNIFICANT improvement in customer service (eg. follow-ups went out in minutes or hours instead of days, he doesn’t ask repetitive questions, etc.). As a result, he protected his AUM as clients stayed longer with him. 4) Growth Mode He told me: “If you’re in growth mode, faster follow-ups mean you’ll convert around 20% more new clients”. Zocks helped him schedule follow-ups to leads in minutes or hours (rather than taking days), which allowed him to close more business. 5) Capacity Expansion One senior FA at his firm was NOT in growth mode – they were already at capacity. So the initial thought was to hire an assistant or associate. But the FA wasn’t using Zocks yet. So our customer did the math – taking into account how Zocks streamlined his operations (eg. capturing data, automating meeting preps, etc.) — and realized that the senior FA could *actually* manage 20% more households without hiring extra staff. My two cents: It's always been easy for us to explain Zocks’s value to people, which is why we rarely get questions about its cost — it’s VERY simple to measure its impact. Save time. Save money. Make more money. Those are the main promises we make to our FA customers - and we fulfill them every single time. Get them all and more with Zocks.

Many tools in the financial advisory space do MORE harm than good. But not Zocks. Here are 5 ways we’ve built our tool to help advisors enhance relationships with clients (not destroy them): For additional context: - A lot of advisors we spoke to worry that bringing technology into their workflow will make things ‘robotic’ and take away the personal touch clients value - They’re not wrong; many tools in the market do EXACTLY what FAs are worried about, eg. real-time pop-up assistance that disrupts the flow of the conversation, chatbots that make clients feel like they’re talking to robots (zero human connection), etc. But here’s the thing: When designed *thoughtfully*, a tool can actually strengthen human connections. How? By allowing FAs to focus on what really matters: the client. Here are 5 ways we’ve built Zocks to help FAs deepen their client relationships: 1) Capture key information (that FAs often miss) without disruption Normally, an FA would try to remember every little detail in a conversation. But with Zocks, everything is captured automatically in the background. This way, advisors can stay relaxed and fully engaged with the client during meetings. 2) Provide personalized follow-ups Since Zocks captures all information, there’s no need for FAs to dig through notes or try to recall what was said in a meeting. All details are surfaced with ease, so the next time the FA checks in, they can pick up the conversation exactly where they left off (which makes the client feel valued). 3) Avoid mid-conversation interruption One thing we’ve explicitly avoided is interrupting conversations with pop-ups or prompts. Real-time advice might sound helpful, but frankly, many FAs found this to be distracting as it breaks the natural flow of the conversation. So we’ve built Zocks to allow FAs to stay fully present and to listen deeply without distractions. 4) Support (not replace) authentic human connection We’re not replacing FAs with bots or fully automated systems. The goal is to enhance the human touch, not eliminate it. Zocks works as a quiet assistant, giving FAs the info they need to offer more personalized service — without taking over the conversation or making things feel impersonal. 5) Enhance (don’t automate) client relationships Clients can feel devalued when they’re handed off to bots or forced to interact with automated systems. Zocks avoids this by keeping the FA at the center of the relationship. Clients don’t want to feel like just another number — they want to know their FA *gets them* on a personal level. Any thoughts?
