🎨 Meet Victor Juares '25, a senior at YES Prep North Forest Secondary and our 2024 Holiday Card Contest winner! ✨ Victor’s piece, "The Night Before Christmas," created with oil pastels, was inspired by his favorite childhood book of the same name. Since 2017, this contest has celebrated the creativity of nearly 600 students. Victor’s stunning artwork is featured in this year’s holiday card, shared with our generous donors and supporters. This morning, 200 YES Prep Southside Elementary SPARKS were surprised with toys, thanks to the generosity of Congressman Al Green, the Korean American Chamber of Commerce Houston Texas and Beauty Supply Association. Our students' faces lit up with joy, reminding us of the magic that kindness and community can bring. ✨ We’re so grateful for the support and belief in our students from our community leaders. Thank you for inspiring them and for helping make this season extra special!

YES Prep continues to expand access to quality education! We are thrilled to share that YES Prep was featured in the Houston Chronicle this week for our efforts to expand access to education across Houston. This school year, we achieved a record-breaking milestone with 19,473 students enrolled across our 25 schools! As part of our continued commitment to providing high-quality, college-ready education, we are now enrolling students for our two newest elementary schools, opening in August 2025: Brays Oaks Elementary and White Oak Elementary.
