“The pressure came from all sides. The partners that we have, the coalition members, the public, but also the government. ” That was the goal with #TakeItDown - to raise awareness and inspire action. In social impact, creativity isn’t just a tool—it’s the game-changer. At WRTHY, we’ve seen firsthand how bold, authentic campaigns can cut through the noise and rally people to act. Last month our partners at ChildFund International joined WRTHY for a panel at Advertising Week- Inside #TakeItDown, The Advocacy Campaign Pushing to Protect Kids Online with Erin Rose Kennedy, Danielle Lilly, Jenifer Willig and Katie Harrison. Erin and Danielle are expert leaders in the protection of children online. It’s worth a watch. www.wrthy.com/press

Climate Week and UNGA are never dull, and this year was especially charged. The world faces unprecedented challenges in climate, equality, technology, conflict, global health, and access to basic services. Yet, in the face of these challenges, there is joy and hope. Experts, investors, and leaders are coming together to collaborate and commit to meaningful action now. WRTHY had the privilege of gathering team members, collaborators, clients, and partners in NYC, providing a chance to strategize and enjoy time together! Here are a few highlights: 1️⃣ Our partners at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation hosted the "Greater Than The Sum" film screening, a powerful series on investing in Women's Economic Power. MC'd by WRTHY team lead Janet Mbugua, it was a great chance to hear from a high-powered team of economists and thought leaders. Find out more and watch the films at gatesfoundation.org 2️⃣Several Kenyan and Nigerian champions working towards gender equality were in town, including Kambua Manundu , Dr . Stellah Wairimu Bosire, Maryam Bukar - Hassan, and Wendo Sahar - Dandelion Africa. We were thrilled that our WRTHY Nigerian team lead, Osasu Igbinedion Ogwuche was in town to hear the announcement that the Nigerian National Women’s Economic Empowerment Policy will be domesticated across the 36 states- a great step forward! 3️⃣ Project Dandelion's co-founders, #MaryRobinson, Pat Mitchell, Hafsat Abiola-Costello, and Ronda Carnegie, hosted so many powerful events throughout the week. We are thrilled to see the momentum continue to grow and the campaign come to life. The Project Dandelion reception at The Rockefeller Foundation hosted 150+ climate leaders. These leaders are embracing Project Dandelion's ambition to build and support a global climate campaign that unites the world to pressure leaders to follow through on their commitments for a climate safe world for all. We're just getting started! Be a Dandelion at projectdandelion.com 4️⃣ One of the highlights of our week is always our annual WRTHY cocktails! It provides a great opportunity to come together, catch up and laugh with our global team, partners, clients and friends and energize for the week ahead. It was invaluable to have in-person time with so many clients and partners. We ended the week intensely focused on the challenges ahead and more determined to develop more powerful, creative solutions to the issues we face.
