Workplace Options is proud to donate $25,000 in celebration of Kidpower International's 35th anniversary of empowering communities and promoting safety! This contribution supported Kidpower International's anniversary conference and special training programs, enabling volunteers, instructors, and staff from 15 countries to come together, exchange knowledge, and develop essential personal and psychological safety skills. Access to support can often be a challenge, but we believe that help should be simple and accessible for everyone. By expanding access to Kidpower International’s services, thousands of children, women, and vulnerable individuals worldwide are gaining vital safety skills to prevent trauma, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. Through hands-on training and workshops, participants increased their capacity to prevent trauma, protect lives, and teach in ways that are effective, empowering, inclusive—and fun! It was an honor to help make this event possible, and we’re excited for what’s to come. Together, we’re ensuring that those who need it most can benefit from Kidpower International's life-changing services, now and in the future. In today’s remote and globalized work environment, effective communication is key to fostering innovation, inclusion, and engagement. Language barriers can not only reduce workplace productivity but discourage employees from contributing to their highest potential. Workplace Options has partnered with Accents International LLC to bridge these gaps and ensure every voice is heard. Judy Ravin, President and Co-founder of Accents International, shares: “It’s all about eliminating the need to ask the questions, ‘What? What did you say? Can you repeat that?’ These questions inadvertently push people away. Our programs build bridges of communication and draw people in, creating a seat at the table for talent that would otherwise be unheard.” Learn more about this partnership: https://lnkd.in/e9N9Vdzs #InclusiveWorkplace #GlobalTeams #DiversityAndInclusion #WorkplaceWellbeing
