Washington State Transportation Commission reposted this
Very grateful for the opportunity to share our findings from "Charging Forward: Evaluating Public-Private Partnerships for Electric Bus Base Conversion to Support a Zero-Emission Fleet" to the Washington State Transportation Commission last week. 🚌 🔌 It is a big challenge to transition an entire fleet and we are hopeful our work at the Mobility Innovation Center at the University of Washington can be helpful to King County Metro Transit and other agencies to identify all available tools to accomplish their goals. This project was an awesome team effort, led by Hyun Woo (Chris) Lee, and Laura Osburn from UW Construction Management in collaboration with Huoi K. T. and Jeff Arbuckle at Metro. Want to learn more?
