    With all the excitement around intelligent agents, I wanted to share a part of our journey in AI. In 2021, we filed a patent for 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆-𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 designed to analyze various types of data—resumes, bios, job descriptions, transcripts—and provide expert opinions on specific tasks. These agents can expedite processes, ensure consistent evaluations, and scale your best decision-making abilities across multiple operations. Whether it’s summarizing a resume, scoring interview responses, or assessing cultural fit, these agents help amplify human expertise in powerful ways. The idea behind this is that 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀, building trust in AI. When someone certifies an AI model as 99% accurate to their opinion, it fosters confidence that the AI is accurately representing their views and can be trusted. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 at the individual level is one of the biggest challenges. You could train a model once on a specific subject (reviewing a resume), but if you want it to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲, it becomes harder to validate its performance and ensure it stays accurate over time. Each model must be carefully fine-tuned to reflect personal expertise, and that requires ongoing feedback and adaptation. An exciting application of these agents is how 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 (𝗜𝗣). A personally-developed model could be licensed out for anyone to use without giving away trade secrets. On the other hand, models developed by a group could absorb 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, making those trade secrets and IP available to anyone using the AI, which introduces major concerns around protecting proprietary knowledge. Some of the cool use cases we’ve explored include: • 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Personalized insights for improving resumes. • 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Finding the perfect fit between candidates and roles. • 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: Extracting valuable insights from complex data. • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Multiple agents can work together to tackle complex problems from different perspectives. But the biggest lesson we've learned over our 10 years, is 𝗵𝗼𝘄 to apply the right technology to the right situation, at the right time. AI isn’t one-size-fits-all—it needs to be adaptive and flexible for each user, while continuously learning to meet the demands of real-world problems. And oh, 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 when training and applying AI, which is exactly why we invested so heavily in developing 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗜𝗤 for Bullhorn. You can't have fully trusted and productive AI and automation without 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. Feel free to check out our patent to learn more about personally-developed AI Models!
