We were honored to welcome our Rock The Street, Wall Street partners, as well as students from Preston and Cathedral High Schools, into our New York office. This marks our third year of partnership with the schools. We would like to extend a big thank you to our employees who contributed to the success of this year's field trip, which included a panel discussion, a networking event, and teach-in sessions. It was a wonderful day filled with both fun and learning.
We're excited to share that our office field trips are well underway, serving students from our 30+ cities. A big thank you to Värde Partners for hosting students from Preston High School & Cathedral High School NYC in their stunning Midtown Manhattan offices. The day was packed with engaging panel discussions featuring both early career professionals and seasoned industry leaders. Our talented students immersed themselves in learning the art of networking, perfecting their elevator pitches, and considering effective follow-up strategies. They explored varied career paths and ways to pursue jobs they love. Our appreciation to the panel Morgan McAtee, Kathrin Sayk, Jessica Sullivan, Thomas Knechtel for sharing their valuable wisdom and insights. Special thanks also to Olivia Glaudel, Remington Slicker, Marie Suesse, Julieanne Malley, Caroline Lacombe, and Mandy Eisenberg, CFA for such a successful event for these young women. Our CEO, Ashley Leftwich, was involved in the day's activities, infusing the event with her expertise and enthusiasm. The occasion was particularly poignant as Preston High School is the alma mater of our founder, Maura Cunningham, adding a special layer of celebration. The experience was enhanced by a tasty Shake Shack lunch paired with breathtaking views on a sunny autumn day! At Rock The Street, Wall Street we are committed to integrating the M in STEM for high school girls and supporting their growth into university and early professional roles through our Alumnae & Career Center.
