We welcomed another fantastic group of new Vamily members to our corporate headquarters for new hire orientation. Our new Vamily members were introduced to our culture, values, and people. We are excited for you to bring your expertise and what drives you to our organization. #WeAreVamily 

Our Vamily members were able to support United Way of the Bluegrass Sweet Dreams project, a two-week effort with volunteers from schools and local business. Sweet Dreams project provides a new pair of pajamas, an appropriate reading level book, a toothbrush/toothpaste and some snacks for children identified by their schools across central KY. Here at Valvoline, we are Happy to Help serve our local communities. #WeAreVamily

One of the best parts of our culture is the large amount of long-standing tenure of Vamily members. We are excited to welcome another member to our Quarter Century Club, Tamara from our Technology team. Tamara has been a tremendous asset to our technology team over the year and will continue to a great mentor to new technology team members. #WeAreVamily 

One of the most prestigious awards you can receive working at Valvoline is the Hall of Fame award. The award recognizes those who, over the span of their Valvoline career, contributed to our culture, inclusion, and success. Congratulations to our newest members recently inducted into the Hall of Fame. #WeAreVamily 

During the month of November, we raised $1.3M for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! Thank you to all our customers and team members who donated and collected for this year's campaign. The donations raised will be sent to over 100 different local children’s hospitals around the US and Canada to help save lives! #WeAreVamily

During the Veterans Day event in November, the Veterans ERG partnered with Valvoline Global Operations and welcomed Colonel Steve Mattingly for lunch with our Valvoline Veterans, followed by a speech about leadership and how military leadership can apply in civilian life.      The Veterans ERG also had the opportunity to present a shadow box with a Veterans ERG shirt and challenge coin to Andy Branham’s family.  Andy was a Vamily member and Marine Corps veteran who we lost too soon.  We miss Andy very much and think about him often. 

Every November, our service center teams raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Giving back to our communities is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we are honored to participate in the NYSE Global Giving Campaign to help change the future of children’s health by giving back to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Our ornament can be seen at NYSE for their 101st Tree Lighting on December 5 and through the holiday season. #NYSETreeLighting 

We are thrilled to introduce the newest members of our Vamily who joined us this month. It's an exciting road ahead for this talented group of individuals, and we can't wait to see all you achieve here at Valvoline. #WeAreVamily

We wrapped up another fantastic Town Hall, bringing together our people to reflect on our key accomplishments in FY24, including watching our 2000th store grand opening. We looked ahead to elevating FY25 and rallied around donating to the Children's Miracle Network. #WeAreVamily
