Our 225,000 square foot Class A industrial development at Riverport is about halfway complete! Over the past few months, we completed the slab, steel columns, underground utilities, and roof. Paving is expected to start this week, along with interior framing. Loading dock pads have been added, and we plan to start installing the exterior wall panels before the end of the year! Thanks to the Grace Construction Consultants team for keeping us on track! We have hosted several tours in the last few months and continue to look for distribution, warehousing, and light manufacturing tenants. ICYMI | We announced the redevelopment of "Tennessee's First Shopping Center" in East Ridge earlier this year. We are revitalizing the 13-acre site, which sits across from one of the top Food City grocery stores in the state (see it in the background?) in an area just outside of the booming East Ridge development along I-75.
