The Covenant Homeownership Program provides downpayment and closing cost assistance for first-time homebuyers in the form of a loan, secondary to the primary mortgage loan. The loan has a 0% interest rate. It is paid back on the sale or refinancing of the home! ☔🥶 As the weather gets chillier and chillier, we find ourselves reminiscing on the days of Summer. 🌞 And this past July, we spent a beautiful Friday afternoon hosting our Annual Community Block Party at the Resource Center on 901 Rainier Ave S! Friends and family gathered from far and near to enjoy good food, explore community resources, and get connected with new job opportunities! ✨ What an incredible way to close out 2024! ✨ I’m filled with gratitude and excitement after hosting our first-time homebuyer’s class in partnership with the Seattle Urban League and my amazing real estate partner, Dwayne Alexander this weekend. The level of engagement, enthusiasm, and thoughtful questions from all of our attendees was truly inspiring! 🙌 It was such a privilege to be part of this journey, helping future homeowners take the first step toward their dreams. The energy in the room was contagious, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up the year.
