Its mission is to divert them from the delinquency system, thereby reducing recidivism rates. 🌟 Why François Louis? François Louis's story is one of resilience and achievement. Despite facing significant challenges, including being raised in relative care and undocumented status, François pursued education relentlessly. He's a testament to the transformative power of education, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in history, and soon a Juris Doctor degree. 📚 The Scholarship: The François Louis Scholarship aims to empower youth to become productive members of society by providing support for vocational school, trade school, or college education.
