Join Emerge Broward's Engage Committee for a fun day of giving back to children with Challenge Air Fly Day! During this event we will have the honor of guiding children with special needs and their families from the hanger to the plane. This will also include helping get the family into and out of the plane. We will be able to share in their joy as they get to experience being up close with a plane and its pilot and send them off on their own private flight! Date: Saturday, January 25th, 2025 Time: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Banyan North-Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport  1700 Northwest 62nd St Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes as a lot of walking is involved. Today, we came together to spread holiday cheer by supporting the Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center (CDTC) through our Thanksgiving Basket Brigade! Thanks to the generosity of our community, CDTC was able to provide over 1,200 families in need with a complete Thanksgiving meal, including a turkey and all the traditional fixings.

Join us in spreading holiday cheer with the Thanksgiving Basket Brigade! This year, we’re partnering with the Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center (CDTC) to provide over 1,200 families in need with a complete Thanksgiving meal, including a turkey and all the traditional fixings. As a volunteer, you’ll be assigned deliveries to bring joy and nourishment to these families. Last year, the Emerge Broward team delivered 93 meals, and with your help, we can make an even bigger impact this year!
