Our sync team recently facilitated a full-circle moment for one of our partner artists. Independent jazz musician Brama Sukarma once worked at an Apple store. Now, his music has been synced in a social post viewed nearly 2 million times on Apple's Instagram account. The video is part of Apple's #ShotoniPhone series and features extreme close-ups of bees inside a hive. Watch with the sound on to enjoy the full effect of bees paired with a funky jazz instrumental. https://lnkd.in/evEvmUA3 License the sound of independence. Working with Duplex Deli, we placed 15 tracks by 12 emerging independent artists in We Are King, an Olympic Channel Original Series that tells the story of the winningest soccer team in New York City history. Made up of immigrants and first-generation kids from some of the most underserved communities in NYC, Martin Luther King Jr High School is at the top, with 19 titles in 25 years. The six-episode series follows the team as it competes for its 20th title, taking you from the field to the locker room and into the homes and lives of the players from across the five burrows. We provided the series with an authentic soundtrack, offering a platform for the next generation of rap artists, some of whom reside right here in the New York Metropolitan area. We're thrilled to extend our partnership with the National Football League (NFL), offering a direct pipeline to the freshest music from independent artists for the next three seasons.
UnitedMasters and the NFL's new agreement builds on an initial three-year partnership that granted the league access to its extensive library of fully-cleared tracks. We’re merging the dynamic spirit of independent music with the excitement of football, crafting an experience that stands alone. This goes beyond just a soundtrack; it’s about building a community where independent artists and football fans unite.” — Steve Stoute (Founder & CEO) This partnership offers a worldwide platform for emerging independent artists, giving them unmatched visibility and the chance to reach millions of football fans.

When IKEA featured a track from UnitedMasters Partner Artist Yarge in a commercial this summer, the sync linked an independent artist with a brand that fosters DIY culture by offering self-assembly furniture. It was the first sync placement for the Venezuelan pop star, who was able to reach a new audience via a brand with a large global footprint. To show their appreciation, Yarge’s existing fans flocked to IKEA’s Instagram post to drop hearts and fire emojis, similarly providing the brand access to a new audience. "Starting with the fact that it is being broadcast in the USA and Canada, which are countries where Spanish is not the primary language. That they chose my song among so many very talented English-speaking artists feels incredible," Yarge said, following the sync placement. "I am very grateful that they placed a Latin song, which is a very special achievement for me and the team behind it." Head to our blog to hear why the sync holds special meaning for Yarge, the importance of community and TikTok in shaping her career, and her desire to work with brands that share her values. https://lnkd.in/e_PVB9RQ Learn more about UnitedMasters' sync licensing services: https://lnkd.in/eY6gJykH #sync #musiclicensing
