This month, we had the privilege of participating in two impactful initiatives organized by Mercury. An expert session on "How to Pay Yourself and Your International Teams" and 1on1 mentoring and expert calls with founders on topics such as "Types of funding available to startups", "Funding from incubation centers and watch-outs", "How to motivate remote teams", "How to organize a global team payment system", etc. A big congratulations to Mercury for hosting these valuable sessions for the founders. Today, I am traveling from Germany (Karlsruhe) to Italy (Milan) by train and in the compartment, I hear French, German, English and Italian. The world is really small and people from across the globe interact at all times. I see a great resemblance to our start-up community which is trying to expand to the whole globe, barring no boundaries or borders. Like a train, online and cloud tools create the railways to reach wherever and whomever we want.
