AI isn't a threat, it's a superpower. That was one of the themes explored during an engaging conversation and lunch in #Pittsburgh hosted by TruSummit Solutions and Salesforce. Our "Agents Are Coming" event introduced #Agentforce to executives from Pittsburgh's major manufacturing organizations and provided an opportunity for these industry peers to discuss the impact AI has had, and will have, on their business operations. The takeaways? 💡 The time to start AI initiatives is NOW. The cost of inaction on AI might be greater than the cost of 'failing forward'; the key is identifying the AI use case your org is most prepared to tackle. 💡 AI is superpowering humans, freeing all of us to focus on high-value tasks. The impacts that can have on manufacturing orgs, with their complex sales cycles, production lines, service needs, and distribution models, is profound.
