Da gusto recibir visitas como esta. Se trata de Marcelo Bicudo, de Travelcash, tecnológica financiera para viajes, como ellos mismos se definen, que ofrece un sistema de #cashback plug-and-play, ideado para complementar los programas de #fidelización de los #hoteles, entre otras empresas del sector #travel. Hablaba de la buena experiencia de abrirle las puertas de la sede de Paraty Tech a una persona como Marcelo, con quien apenas he hablado en un par de ocasiones, pero que me transmite muy buenas sensaciones: educado, agradable, entusiasta, risueño, tranquilo, paciente. Venía a "vender" (entrecomillo, porque realmente busca "parceiros", como él mismo expresa en su correctísimo español de Brasil, que le ayuden a echar a volar su producto en nuestro sector), pero la sensación es más la de alguien que se acerca para escuchar y aprender. De hecho, desde nuestra segunda conversación, en el #TIS, hasta la tercera de hoy, ya ha precipitado cambios que aproximan mucho más Cashback a los hipotéticos intereses del hotelero tipo (si es que existe un hotelero tipo, claro), siempre con el incremento de las #reservas directas en el punto de mira. Que lleguemos o no a un acuerdo, depende de muchos factores. Personalmente, me gusta su discurso, y ese es, sin duda, un buen punto de partida. Luego ya, el tiempo dirá... Face to face with the Brazilian hotelier. Yesterday, our Head of Sales Mónica Ordóñez participated in Hotel Trends On The Road, an event promoted by Hotelier News in Cuiabá. It was a great opportunity to present our solution to the hospitality industry in Mato Grosso.
