🎉 NEW PROJECT 🎉 Take a tour of our newest project at Raleigh Iron Works – the Edgewater Ventures Office! Last month, we began construction on this 6,500 SF office build out in partnership with Grubb Ventures and Tina Barnard Designs LLC which will transform an existing industrial shell space into a modern office with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment. What a blessing to be able to come and serve the people of Western North Carolina. Yesterday we served along side Buncombe County in distributing food and water to the local community. Our team of 6 will continue to serve this week locally at different locations that needed volunteers. Our office expansion is officially completed! Wondering why in the world would anyone expand in 2024 knowing our market wouldn't be as strong as previous years? One word. . . God. He is the true owner of this business, not me. Our team spent the first 60 days of this year praying for His direction and this was the plan He has for His business. It is because we are to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding (Proverbs 3: 5-6) and we know His plans are not our plans (Isaiah 55:8-9). People ask me all the time what are my plans for TBD. To be honest, God superceded my plans many years ago. Where I was comfortable at 6-8 people, we now have 22. Where I was uncomfortable with growth, He reminded me of the the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30) thanks to my C12 peers. So, what are my plans for TBD? To follow God's plans so when I get to meet him face to face, He can say "Well done, good and faithful servant" because that is what it is really all about. . . serving Him.
