He has led sizeable teams, managing multi-million-dollar projects that optimize operations and drive measurable results. He has developed high-impact systems, including real-time interactive software for Fortune 500 firms and scalable cloud-based microservices. With a strategic mindset and hands-on approach, Mike excels at mentoring teams and leveraging cloud technologies and full-stack development to achieve transformative outcomes. Mike is a Chicagoland native and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Minyu, and his daughter, Maggie. Her career includes internal roles at large corporations, consulting roles, and product leadership positions in tech. Alex has driven out new product development, product modernization programs, high-impact launches, and innovative AI programs. While technology is her expertise, her true passion lies in mentoring and developing the people she meets along the way. Some of her favorite career highlights include celebrating acceptances to competitive graduate programs, well-deserved promotions, and milestone career achievements. Personally, Alex is a proud Ukrainian American, born in Kyiv and raised in the greater Chicago area. If you ever see or hear someone calling her “Sasha” - this is a sign of her heritage – as Sasha is a common nickname for Alexandra or Alexander in eastern Europe.  Outside of work, Alex is “fur mom” to a 100-pound Bernedoodle named Cooper, a former dancer turned avid supporter of the arts, foodie, and outdoors adventurer. César has over 25 years of information technology experience and proven background successfully managing all phases of software development lifecycle, from design and documentation to implementation, across multiple platforms. He is a Trailhead All Star Ranger with outstanding technical skills and fluid understanding of multiple programming languages, including Apex, C#, JavaScript, and Java. Outside of work, you will find him listening to music, learning French in Duolingo, or attempting to revive his old glory days as a runner. Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, Chuck brings extensive experience as a change management and talent strategy consultant. He has successfully delivered projects to deploy technology, drive transformation, build L+D programs, and optimize organizations and operating models. Chuck has worked with clients across diverse industries, including retail, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, financial services, and transportation. Chuck studied Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University and holds a SHRM-CP certification. Outside of work, Chuck is a self-described serial hobbyist who enjoys exploring new interests, from disc golf and archery to turning his lawn into a personal golf course. He lives with his wife, their two beloved dogs, and 32 fish, with plans to add chickens to the mix soon. Chuck also has a passion for cars, owning two BMW M models: an X3M and an e46 M3.
